Hi Faye! The water thing, well, I'm not an expert. Here's what I know: you have to be properly hydrated in order to not retain water unnecessarily; the body doesn't distinguish between "hunger" and "thirst", so quite often you think you're hungry but then you drink some water and it turned out you were merely thirsty; and finally, I know that I don't drink enough water. Some people say 64 oz, some say 128 oz, some say you can hurt yourself drinking too much, blah blah blah. I don't get all that stuff. Drink more and you'll eat less, not because you'll be "full" on water, but because your body will be SATISFIED when it gets properly hydrated.
